Rockwood Programs has been a provider of Insurance Agent’s Errors & Omissions coverage since 2001.  Over that time, we have compiled a listing of generally identifiable and discrete causes for claims to be made against this business niche.  Nearly two-thirds of all losses are due to an alleged failure to procure insurance.  Regardless of cause, the financial impact of claim can be devastating to an agent.

Our firm is well positioned to offer competitive E&O terms.  Rockwood possesses in-house underwriting authorities via a national program supported by an “A” (Excellent) rated insurer.  We also maintain appointments with over a dozen carriers specializing in this class – providing us with the flexibility to place nearly any risk.
